What To Wear ?
No special clothing is required, just loose comfortable clothing that allows movement. Bring a yoga mat or blanket as part of this worksop will be on the floor.

Schedule :

• Opening circle and intention setting guided meditation
• Do-In & Makko-Ho stretching & self massage warm up, with emphasis on flexibility
• Working in pairs, practice Shiatsu massage techniques & acupressure
• Closing guided meditation & gratitude circle to end
